The best Indian recipes I have ever tried.

I have tried many curry recipes over the years and none were as successful as the recipes in this book. All your favourite Indian Restaurant recipes that taste like the curry in the Restaurant from korma to vindaloo. Easy to follow instructions with a full list of spices needed at the back of the book and a list of equipment and skills needed at the front all fully explained in easy read language. Much more that curries, tandoori chicken , Tikka, bombay potatoe Pilau rice, onion Bhahi, Tandoori King Prawns, nan breads and raita´s, just everything that you would find in a restaurant and it tastes just like you got a take away from you indian restaurant and in some cases better. Great book and great recipes.

The recipes contained in this book are very interesting and easy to follow. I must admit I have not tried any yet but as I am very keen on Indian food I can imagine the recipes being very helpful.

My biggest disappointment about this book is the complete lack of photos. I know that this is a recipe book not a picture book but i tend to go for those dishes that look nice (i.e. look to my liking). Without pictures you need to read the whole recipe to understand what the end result will look like. For example, you have no way of knowing if the dish is a dry dish or involves a curry sauce.
