Brilliant Specification, works great with Windows Server 2003, I currently use it as a Hosting FTP Storage Server, very fast. Dell have always impressed me in the past when networking, their designs are brilliant, the front bezel is pure metal and is very safe and secure. The LCD screen is amazing you can set the wording to appear to your liking - I have made mine read "Siock-Server-FTP". I currently have only 2x 36GB SCSI hard drives but you can place a whole array of raid configured hard disks inside. 8/10 DELL!!!!

Dis-advantage:
Very loud with rear fans on full power, only 2 but they are very noisey
Quite large in size for the specification, but does fit many hard drives inside
