Make Serious Money on eBay UK: The Bestselling Guide to Buying and Selling on eBay - and Beyond by Dan Wilson (Paperback, 2007)

I bought this book after reading a few pages in a bookshop, but was not willing to pay the full price for the book. At £13.99 (I think!) I thought that the information it gave wasn't worth the price tag. Though I thought it worth a chance to buy to see if it contained any useful information that I may have overlooked.

Since I first became an eBay member back in 2004, there was no one to teach me how to use it, and I was excited to get into my first purchase. Using very small purchases to get a feel for the system, I started to learn from experience. What this book gives is the learning curve I found myself, but in a written format easy to understand, along with clear explanations for terms that I may not have known at the time.

This book breaks everything down into easy to follow sections, covering buying to selling, to trying to set up on eBay. Though it does seem to explain what was fairly obvious to me, it does offer small nuggets of information that do help, and also an alternative solution to something that you may have previously thought of. These alternatives do sometimes give the same result; but in a simpler and quicker method.

All in all, a useful read, even for someone with experience - It might find you a quicker route to your current solution but in an easier way!

Good book, well laid out, i'm not the best with these sort of things but have focused well with it. Not bad.
