Numatic HVR-200A Canister Vacuum Cleaner

This is probably the best vacuum out there, simple and reliable. It will do all you ever need from a vacuum. Dysons just don't compare in terms of build quality or reliability. Parts are readily available on ebay should it ever go wrong, I think you can buy a new motor unit for around £20. Its long cable means you can do all the rooms on one floor of you house without changing plug sockets. The long hose is great for stairs or cleaning the car, you can also buy 5m long hoses should have a very long staircase. This model features a Hi-low power button on the unit, I dont find the need to use it on high as there's plenty of suction on low. It also features a higher quality tritex filter. You can use the unit without bags, however I would not recomend this as dust can penetrate the filters and settle on the motor shortening its life. The filter does say 'do not wash' however I hand washed mine and allowed it to air dry with no problems. The only downside of this vacuum is that there is nowhere on the unit to store your tools, and the unit itself takes up more storage space than an upright vacuum.

Henry's friendly face has made us smile while it's powerful suction and easy use has kept both our oak floor and the carpets in the rest of the house beautifully clean.

Henry Numatic is my first hoover. It is a great vacuum cleaner for a moderate price compared to the dysons, and in my opinion it is much better built. I have found it to be a very solid, powerful and robust sucking up dirt effortlessly and taking the pain out of cleaning. I have a very large dog and believe me if it can tackle the mess he creates then it can tackle most ordinary domestic situations!

I had always liked the idea of owning my own Henry. At work I had watched the cleaners using one and saw, with my own eyes, just how efficient 'he' was.
When it came to the point of my old vaccuum blowing a gasket, I decided to look on eBay for a replacement and spotted two Henrys. The red one had a special hi/lo setting, so I chose to bid on in 'him' and luckily won.
'He' was a bit messy and smelly at first but after a wash and brush up 'he' looked almost brand new and performed fantastically. Amazingly quiet, with super suction and so easy to move around, 'he' also has a wind-in lead so I don't trip over 'him' while hoovering.
I am over the moon with 'him' and only wish I could find a huMAN variety of Henry who would work half as hard cleaning up making me smile. 10/10*****

i bought this henry hvr 200 hepa hoover to replace my old std henry, that ive had for over 10yrs. the henry is a good workhorse and this new model is much better with the hi speed swiych for the more difficult areas to clean. and with the switches at the top is better than the old design. the hepa flow system is very good and a sign if the henry adhereing to the modern standards!!.all in all im a henry fan as they are easy to maintain and parts are fairly cheap and easy to source. and an added bonus i happened to get my hvr200 for a real bargain, here on ebay.if you have not got one yet. go and get one and see for yourself.

i decided to buy the henry vacuum on recommendation, as i have a small cleaning business and my old vacuum wasnt doing a good job.
