) Good "strobist" style manual flashgun. reasonable recharge rate, good continuosly variable manual control. An excellent low-cost, basic, manual flashgun. I brought mine to test to start thinking about replacing my off-camera flash studio setup with these. This is going to be modified to work with 6v sla batteries and if successful I will be replacing my aging vivitars with yongnuo's both this model and the 5xx series. So far a good beginning, but I have heard tales of durability problems. For the price and for my intended use an excellent purchase.
