Payment

When you have won the auction, please complete the eBay checkout to ensure that your item is despatched as quickly as possible. I would appreciate payment within 3 days.

Payment should be made by Paypal. If you are collecting the item in person, then please pay by CASH ONLY on collection. If you experience any problems with payment please contact me asap to discuss. I am happy to help, however if I receive no contact within 4 days, eBay will open an unpaid item case.

Postage

I post by Royal Mail 1^st Class or 2^nd Class Signed For only, due to a high volume of mail going missing or being received damaged.

I also will post overseas by Air Mail or Surface Mail.

The quoted postage may include a 50p charge (per item) for packaging and handling. Although I do try to keep the postage prices as low as possible.

I aim to post you item within three days but more often than not I  post the next day. I will normally let you know when your item has been posted by marking the item as being despatched and with a quick email. If by any chance you have not heard anything from me within three days of payment, please contact me, as sometimes payments slip through without being noticed. (This is very rare! )  

I always obtain a proof of postage for each parcel where ever it is going!

Multiple Purchases

I am happy to offer a postage discount on multiple items purchased within a 3 day period. Please either enquire beforehand or request an adjusted invoice after purchasing.

Feedback

On receipt of your item please leave feedback for me. This shows that you have received your item alright. I will then leave you feedback in return. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, please email me to discuss, rather than just leaving negative feedback. I am happy to try and sort things out.

Refunds

Please note I do NOT  give refunds unless the item is significantly different to that described. I try to be as honest and accurate as possible but I am only human! I only sell items in good condition that I would be happy to receive myself but if an item is listed as used, please do not expect it to look as if it has just been brought from a shop. I do check my items before selling and will wash them before selling them.
