We post our mail out every day Monday to Friday. Except Bank Holidays. All items are dispatched within 1 business day and where possible we aim to ship items the same day when orders are received by 3.30pm.
Our postage and packaging charges vary depending on product weight, dimensions and packaging time and materials. We offer free delivery where possible, but generally we do charge postage on most items.
Our standard postage setting is Royal Mail 2nd Class. But we will be offering other delivery options shortly, including next day delivery should you need your item more urgently. Since the Royal Mail pricing update 2013, we have started using MyHermes where necessary to keep us from increasing postage costs to our customers. This only affects the heavier or bulkier items, but may increase the delivery time slightly.
Should you want to order a range of items from our Ebay shop, you can buy the products you require, but please ensure you do not pay straight away for any of your items. Please send us a quick e-mail when you have finished buying your items or send us an invoice request for your total amount and we will send you over a combined invoice with the best possible postage price, which accurately reflect our true costs.
We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that our product information is fully accurate, true and fairly described. We aim to keep our listings as up-to-date and accurate as possible, although minor errors may occur from time to time. Any errors in the listings will be rectified in a timely manner as and when any such errors are noticed or reported to us.
On some occasions the product packaging may vary from what is shown on the website, although these are generally kept as accurate as possible. In such a scenario, you will be contacted as quickly as possible and given the option of a full refund or a short wait while we get the item back in stock. Sometimes stock is no longer available and in such circumstances the buyer will be given a refund as quickly as possible.
If you would like to cancel an order that you have not yet paid for or you wish to cancel an order you have paid for, but has not yet been marked as dispatched, please send us a message through the Ebay messaging system and we will send you over a cancellation request for you to accept. Once accepted this will remove the sale from both our Ebay systems and ensure no unpaid item case is opened against you (in the event of non payment) Any orders which have not been paid for after 7 days will result in an unpaid item case been opened up against you. This is an automatic setting.
All of our prices do NOT include VAT and we currently do not charge VAT. We are not a VAT registered company at this time, so we are unable to charge VAT or issue you with a VAT invoice. A General sales invoice is available on request. We reserve the right to reject or cancel your order.
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or if you are not completely satisfied with your order or you change your mind for whatever reason, we are happy to offer a full refund if you return the item within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned to us in its original packaging and in a resalable condition unless the item is tested faulty. We will only refund return postage fees when you are returning a faulty product to us and only where the return has been previously authorised by us. Please ensure you e-mail us before returning any items to us. Failure to do so may result in no refund being given. In some circumstances we may ask you to discard the item safely for us, rather than returning the product to us.
Your refund or exchange will be processed within 1 business day of receiving the goods back. Please ensure to write your Ebay user id on the back of your returns package.
