I purchased  phone from 365 d and it was a hello kitty phone it was great at first i paid about £100 for it, after about 2 month the screen was going white all of  a sudden, so i contacted 365 DAYS SHOPPING and they said to return the phone and they will replace it, they then said that they had not recieved the phone even though it was recorded delivary and i checked with royal mail, i sent a email with receipt on aswell!!! they then said oh yes we recieved your phone!! ever since then i have been trying to get a replacement phone like they promised me, ebay cant do anything about it as its been over 90 days!!! absolutely ridiculous, how am i suppose to know if something is going to go wrong so ebay wont do anything to help me, i have tried emailing the seller phoning them all they do is put their chinese accent on and pretend they dont understand you even though they understand fine when they sell you the product!! so now im left £100 down and no phone.............
