Do you ever wish you  could just throw out all your furniture and start all over again? I do... constantly. Clean slate. But unfortunately, that not exactly in my budget, so I’ve learned the simple art of refreshing my home. While many of us can’t spend thousands in renovations, there are several little things that you can do for as little as £20 that can have a huge impact on your day-to-day existence at home. I have a few ideas to share with you…

1. Bedding Refresh

Once when I was going through a rough time, my friend suggested I buy myself some new sheets. “You’ll feel so much better!” she said. I was sceptical, but I did it anyway. It’s true! There’s something about treating yourself to something that you use/see everyday that makes a huge difference.

This year I upgraded to some crisp white sheets with a higher thread count than I normally opt. for. It really does make such a difference.

eBay has a great collection of sheets that you can check out right  here.

2. New Inspiration

Why not try adding a little inspiration wall to your space? I recently bought a bulletin board and hung it over my desk. Nowadays, with everything digital, I forgot how great it is to have a physical reminder of my inspiration, (well, usually it’s inspiration for my client’s projects…. but still).  If you don’t have one already, I highly recommend getting one and switching it up every few months!
