If you own a  digital camera, there’s a good chance you also have a hard drive full of photos just waiting to see the light of day.  It’s never been as easy to take tons of high-quality photographs as it is today, but as a result, it’s become quite daunting to keep up with the load and figure out what to do with them after the fact.  The standard answer is to print a few of your favourites and pick out some nice wood or metal frames, but given their hefty price tags and depending on your handiness with a hanging kit, this approach might not be for you.
It’s time to think outside the frame, or rather, rethink the frame.
Try your hand at one of the following creative ways to show off photographs in your home:

1. Table Card Holders

Not just for weddings, these small, delicate displays are the perfect accompaniment to a desk, bathroom vanity, or side table. Since changing the photos won’t require the tedious task of opening and closing the back, it’s easy to switch out the featured images as often as your heart desires.

2. Hangers

Shop your own wardrobe for a simple but unique way to show off your favourite photos.  This is an easy way to showcase a large print with minimal wall damage. As long as the clips can support the weight of your photo, you’re good to go. For some extra customisation, consider painting the  hanger the colour of your choosing.

3. Washi Tape

Rather than buy a frame, create your own colourful border with  washi tape. Made from natural fibres, this thick and inexpensive tape generally leaves little to no residue when removed, making it an especially good choice for renters who are unable to put any holes in their walls (though if you’re concerned, do a small patch test first to double-check the properties of your roll).

6. Clothes Line

Unable to decide on just one photo to share? String them all up using a  clothes line  and some clips. Standard clothes pegs will get the job done, but feel free to get creative and decorate neutral pins or use gold binder clips for some extra flair. Since you can fill up the line however you like, no memories will be left behind!
