DVD Region codes are codes given to different country's.

DVD Region codes are usually found on the back of the dvd case inside a small globe.

Region 1  USA - CANADA - US.

Region 2  JAPAN - EUROPE - SOUTH AFRICA - GREENLAND - MIDDLE EAST.

Region 3  SOUTH EAST - ASIA - HONG KONG - SOUTH KOREA.

Region 4  AUSTRALIA - NEW ZEALAND - PACIFIC ISLANDS AMERICA - MEXICO - SOUTH AMERICA - CARIBBEAN.

Region 5 EASTERN EUROPE - THE INDIAN SUBCONTINENT AFRICA - MONGOLIA.

Region 6  CHINA.

Region 7 Reserved for use.

Region 8  Reserved for Airplanes, Cruise ships ETC

Region 0 is Region ALL; This indicates that the dvd can be played worldwide.
