1+14 OZ TIN OF  EVAPORATED MILK

12OZ DARK MUSCOVADO SUGAR

1 SHORTCRUST PASTY CASE.....(COOKED)

METHOD

HEAT THE OVEN TO 400'F

IF YOUR PASTRY CASE IS UNCOOKED NOW WOULD BE THE TIME TO BAKE IT!!!

WHISK THE SUGAR AND EVAPORATED MILK FOR 10-15 MINS,

THIS SHOULD BE THE CONSISTENCY OF A LATTE WITH A FROTHY HEAD....

PLACE MIXTURE IN PASTRY CASE AND PLACE IN THE HOT OVEN.......

AFTER 10 MINS,TAKE THIS OUT AND CHECK!!!!IF THE MILK MIXTURE HASN'T STARTED TO SET LEAVE FOR ANOTHER 10 MINS...BUT PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THIS GORGEOUS STICKY PUDDING DOESN'T SET FULLY UNTIL ITS COLD.....

THIS TART SHOULD BE SET WITH THE TOP BEING STICKY TO THE TOUCH OR THE TASTE....

ALLOW TO COOL AND SERVE WITH ICE CREAM OR AS MY KIDS LIKE IT WITH CUSTARD...

THIS PUDDING IS SO RICH AND SWEET THAT MY KIDS CALL IT EVIL PIE,AS IT LOOKS REALLY MINGING BUT TASTES SO GOOD!!!!!!!!!IT THE KIND OF PUDDING THAT MAKES YOUR TONGUE STICK TO THE ROOF OF YOUR MOUTH!!!!!THE PERFECT PMT PUDDING!!!!!!!

THIS WILL ENVOKE THE MEMORY OF THE GOOD OR BAD OLD DAYS AT PRIMARY SCHOOL ALL OVER THE COUNTRY..............................
