I purchased a Toshiba Laptop from ASM direct for apx £200 in September 09. It was described as refurbished but looked well used with some glued up USB sockets. My family were getting electric shocks from the casing, they would not let me have a refund but offered to repair it, so I returned it (at my own expense). The laptop was returned to me soon after in exactly the same condition i.e. still giving electric shocks and without even a note explaining what had been done. I also found that the WiFi did not work. This may be an isolated case as there score seems to be high but they have changed their name to asmdirect2.
