Buying for the first time in Bulgaria can be, to say the least, confusing. There are really 6 main stages to go through: Arriving in Bulgaria, setting up a Bulgarian Ltd Company, setting up a Bulgarian bank account, organising a solicitor (who may well also act as your power of attorney), dealing with the notary (all documents have to pass through the notary) and of course viewing the property. We have just gone through this process with a Varna based company called Antareshomes and I can honestly say that I have never been involved in a more pleasent and easy deal. Angel (who speaks excellent English) and his partner really do go that extra mile to make your purchase easy. From arriving in Bulgaria right through all the due buying processes and the viewing we got the sort of personal attention that would be unimagineable in the UK. I think it would be fair to say that I am a difficult to please kind of person but I genuinely couldn't fault the way we were dealt with by these 2 guys.Honest, courteous and well informed they were a pleasure to business with. Because of the way we bought 'off ebay' (agreed a price to end the listing) we can't leave feedback so we hope this review makes up for that.
