Awful just awful AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

Had an expensive piece of equipment damages in transit by interlink at the beginning of December 2011, to this day I still have no compensation although they finally stated they acknowledge that it was their fault and will process this through their claims department. Received an email stating they would only pay £75 out of the near £400 it was worth and their BACS system takes 10 working days to transfer funds to accounts. What BACS system takes 10 days to transfer funds? I can guarantee the money will never reach my account.

They are incompetent liars and generally not interested when you have a complaint. Absolutely shocking service so AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!
