I recently purchased a CD and got involved in an unfriendly incident. This has opened my eyes to the bad side of some sellers. I sent cash but it seems that my letter did not arrive and as it was not registered I was unable to prove it had arrived. Seller said it was not here period and promply put a non paying mark on me. I sent cash again this time registered it arrived and the CDs where sent to me. I was unhapply to note that the postage charge was more than double that was actual put on the packet to me. As I was unable to get the exact money I had sent a higher bill and the change from that was not paid to me either.  Hence seller kept the change and double the postage. The item was described as new in fact it was opened but as good as new. Reading post feedback from the seller concerned indicated that overcharging was a common issue. I started a query to try and get my money returned but this was ignored, It is not possible to get ebay to look at this issue so I started a dispute, as expected seller was not interested and would not respond to the issue in question. Well I lost out got a negative feedback, off course I have returned the negative feedback but the seller has now moved to private feedback. Its a big shame and its amazing how far sellers will go to.

As luck has it these type of sellers are small in number, I hope all buyers  think carefully  before biding on a private feedback merchant  Yes  THEY DO HAVE SOMETHING TO HIDE.

I wish I was able to name this merchant

update the seller has now left ebay, but will prob return under another name.
