EBAY IS GREAT MOST OF THE TIME BUT SOMETIMES THINGS HAPPEN THAT ARNT YOUR FAULT AND YOU ARE THE ONE LEFT WITH A BITTER TASTE IN YOUR MOUTH.I WILL EXPLAIN----I THE SELLER SOLD A SMALL DRESSING TABLE MIRROR TO A BUYER THE MIRROR ARRIVED BROKEN.BUYER RETURNED AND I REFUNDED POSTAGE AND SENT A NEW MIRROR AT MY OWN EXPENSE.BUYER REPORTED TO EBAYER THAT THE GOODS WERE BROKEN AND SHE WAS AWARDED A FULL REFUND BY PAYPAL.OH BUYER KEPT THE GOODS AS WELL.WHAT DID I GET FOR MY TROUBLE YOU ASK A PAYPAL ACCOUNT THAT I CANT ACCESS AND FRUSTRATION AT NOT BEEN LISTENED TO AT CUSTOMER SERVICE.THE BUYER IGNORED MY EMAILS TO RETURN THE GOODS. AH THE JOYS OF EBAY.I HAVE STARTED TO USE EBAY AGAIN BUT THIS PROBLEM OF MINE IS NOW 2YEARS OLD AND STILL NOT SORTED OUT. WHAT DO YOU DO?
