BEWARE BUYING FROM CHINA

I'm out of pocket to the tune of £430 due to buying from Chine. What happened was.

I purchased a high speed dome camera where the camera was faulty, the seller told me to return it which I did and after 5 weeks the seller told me it hadn't arrived, well I had insured it and had paid initially through paypal so I thought no problem. I purchased a replacement and lodged a claim with royal mail. The replacement camera arrived faulty and whilst negotioating to send the 2nd camera back, the 1st camera arrived back on my doorstep having been refused by the recipient. By this time my 45 days in which I could have appealed or lodged a complaint had passed. Paypal don't want to know, the seller is no longer answering emails, his ebay page has gone and also his web site. PAYPAL STINKS (THE ONLY ADVISE FROM THEM WAS TO GO TO MY LOCAL CITIZEN'S ADVICE CENTRE)

DON'T BUY FROM CHINA..DON'T COUNT ON HELP FROM PAYPAL.
