THIS IS JUST A SMALL GUIDE TO LET MY FELLOW (HONEST) EBAYERS IN ON A COUPLE OF THINGS THAT HAVE HAPPENED TO ME. BUYING A MOBILE SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN WITH A PINCH OF SALT!! ESPECIALLY THE NEWER TYPE MOBILES, THESE ARE OFTEN SOLD ON EBAY AND THE  LESS HONEST EBAY SELLERS WHO HAVE A CONTRACT INCLUDING THE PHONE WILL THEN REPORT IT LOST OR STOLEN TO CLAIM ASHINY NEW PHONE OFF THE INSURANCE!! I BOUGHT AN LG OFF EBAY ONE MONTH AGO ONLY TO FIND THAT IT HAS NOW BEEN BARRED AND IS NOW USELESS,IT COST £92 INC POST, THE SELLER WILL HAVE NONE OF IT, BUT HE IS THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN DEFAULT BY EITHER NOT PAYING HIS BILL OR PRETENDING IT HAS BEEN STOLEN, I DO NOT HAVE THE POWER TO GET THIS MOBILE BARRED AS THE IMEI NUMBER IS NOT LINKED TO MY SIM,IT IS STILL LINKED TO THE SELLERS. THIS WILL GET MESSY FOR ME AND THERE IS A CHANCE THAT PAYPAL WILL SIDE WITH THE SELLER AND LEAVE ME WELL OUT OF POCKET! PLEASE TAKE NOTE,IF YOU BUY A NEW(ISH ) PHONE THERE IS EVERY CHANCE THE SELLER WILL CLAIM AGAINST IT,THEREFORE MAKING MONEY BY SELLING THE PHONE TO YOU AND THEN RECIEVING A BRAND NEW ONE FROM THEIR INSURANCE RENDERING YOUR PHONE USELESS!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED,IT IS HAPPENING TO ME AS I WRITE THIS AND I AM GUTTED !!!!!!!!!
