BLINC MASCARA...

The only way I can describe Blinc Mascara is 'Revolutionary'!

It really is like no other Mascara you will have ever tried....

It is applied slightly differently to other Mascaras, in that you MUST build it up BEFORE it dries - some people comment that it doesn't really build volume, but usually once they have followed advice & layered it on whilst the previous one is still wet, they change their minds. For those who still want 'bigger & better', the Lash Primer does the trick as well as conditioning & treating those flutterers!

Blinc Mascara is an absolute must for Contact Lens wearers. Being one myself, I was constantly suffering from those annoying flakes of Mascara that drop into the eye (often towards the end of the day), which REALLY REALLY irritate! Blinc Mascara forms little 'tubes' around each eyelash & simply does not flake, or run for that matter, so nothing gets into the eye or on/under Lenses.

Removing is a little different too - I just use a cotton pad soaked in cool water & wipe it away. It comes off in 'filaments' rather than a dissolving dye which again can get into the eye & irritate. Some people like to remove it in the shower or at the sink by using plenty of water & gentle soaking & pulling away the 'tubes'. I say 'gently' & with 'plenty' of water, as if you try yanking this stuff off with no or little water, you'll end up removing half your eyelashes too - Yep, it's that good!

Couple words of caution when buying Blinc Mascara...

DON'T buy used or 'tested once' Mascaras. The beauty industry recommends that Mascaras are discarded after 4 - 6 months because of all the horrid (& dangerous!) bacteria that is transferred from your eyelids to the tube via the brush. If a Mascara has been used, even only once, it will have a lovely colony of someone elses bugs residing in it. Yuk!

BEWARE of old stock that rears it ugly head! The latest packaging is in a silver tube, with a cellophane hygiene seal, which is housed in a round metal screw top tube. There is still some of the last style of packaging around, which is again the silver tube but with no cellophane seal & housed in a box rather than the metal tube, & these are fine too. However, if they are in BLUE tubes within either a Blue or Purple box they are old stock. Blinc swapped from this packaging a couple of years ago, so if someone says they are 'New' or 'Fresh' they are telling porkys! The only exception to this is if you are buying Blinc Eyeliner, as these were the last to change to the newer style packaging...

AVOID illegally imported or FAKE blinc Mascaras. If they are not marked as 'blinc' Mascaras but are called 'Kiss Me', they have not been supplied by the UK distributor & so no guarantee can be given as to their quality, authenticity or freshness. Kiss Me is the American name for Blinc Mascara and it is not legally sold in the UK. As with all Cult & Mega Popular brands, there are fakes supplied by greedy people cashing in on others hard work & commitment, but these items are usually sub-standard & sometimes even unsafe to use....

So, now you are ready to experience what everyone has been talking about!

Why not go to an authentic Blinc retailer who buys stock directly from the UK distributor, in small quantities to ensure freshness of the items sold?
