I had a similar problem bought two Samsung S5 phones of them one phone tried to do an update and required re flashing of software, took it to Samsung to find out the phone was from Zambezi and was not covered by warranty. Samsung advised to return to them for a refund as these are not fit for the UK market. Contacted trading standards and the explained that I should be entitled to a full refund or replacement mobile. Contacted e cell with numerous phone calls and  emails they are stating that the phone only comes with a 14 day warranty which was not on the listing and that the phone was an import. I would never have purchased a phone from them yet lone two. Contacted e bay who put the phone down on me after an hour long phone call and advised me to go to the police. Absolute disgrace as e bay should be refunding and protecting us from these deceptive sellers.
