As buyers, we're all here on ebay for one purpose, hopefully to bag a bargain at a much cheaper price than we'd pay in the shops, or perhaps to find something we really want that's no longer available in the shops.
For some people, however, it seems to me, that because they are able to purchase something cheaply, but not take into consideration thatpackaging and postage is about more than the price of a stamp it gives them carte blanche to be rude and sometimes downright defamatory about the sellers! This is worse as sellers now have very little right of reply since taking away the sellers ability to leave neutral or negative feedback.
When buying on ebay, consider the maximum you're willing to pay, including the postage, (and packaging which doesn't come for free, the sellers time and often fuel costs to the post office if they live far away or sell a lot) read the listing carefully, and only when you're happy ,bid.
Remember, many problems can be sorted out with communications and many sellers aren't trying to rip you off, so always try to talk to your seller before leaving negative or insulting feedback, and the thing to remember is noone can MAKE you bid, so if you're not happy, just don't!!!!
