My 7 month old WM5101W has just had its 3rd serious electrical fault. Although, Beko provide a free repair service during the warranty period this is subcontracted and the call out times for the 4 visits required to date have varied from 6 to 8 days. I contacted Beko Customer Care to complain about the number of faults and the time to fix but they have not shown any interest. Fortunately, I bought from an independent retailer who agreed that the number of faults has been unacceptable and given me a new replacement machine. Hopefully the machine was an isolated rogue, but I would not buy another Beko based on their poor after care alone.
