If like me you suffer with flat feet it may be difficult to purchase a decent pair of insoles that support your feet when you need it. Top tips is to enter exactly what you're lookig for in the ebay search engine, e.g: insoles for flat feet (the link below will take you to the result for that search on eBay). You could also search for things like high arch support.

The link will take you to a variety of different options of foot support. You can browse each option to find which best suits your needs. At the bottom of your search will be a number of associated phrases which are useful quick links to similar items if your unble to find exactly what you're looking for. Cost is often a factor but I have recently found that a pair of insoles for £5 proved better that a pair I purchased for £20. Te link below is to a pair I am currently using for my running shoes.

Another tip is to use specific words to your needs, like durable, comfortable, cheap etc and this will result in the best matches being produced. The next thing to do is read reviews and make yor purchase, simple.
