Buying wedding dresses - made to measure

I recently bought a wedding dress and jacket from ebay in china.  I paid £29.99 plus £69.00 p&p. I had really good communication with the seller and payed extra for fabric swatches so I could make a decision which colour to choose, white or ivory.

When the dress arrived I was so disappointed, it looks 'home-made', I can't get the jacket up my arms, even though I gave my measurements. The zip in this far to long and dangles down inside the dress, the front of the dress is suppose to be curved over the top of the bust, it's higher on one side than the other, I thought about contacting the seller but to be honest even if they had made the dress and jacket again I still wouldn't be happy, this is their level of craftsmanship plus I didn't want to be sending it back and forth to china.

I am a dressmaker so I am confident I know what I'm taking about. The image used to sell the dress is from a designer range, mybe I've been a little naive expecting designer finish for just under £30. I will not be wearing the dress for my wedding and have already bought a designer dress from ebay and there is no comparison. Please be warned you get what you pay for!
