How to properly wrap a Lamborghini Huracan

On this project we were instructed to wrap the vehicle in Satin Purple with satin black roof to match the engine bay cover. Avery vinyl was selected and a full wrap including door shuts commenced. The full wrap took place in our Milton Keynes Wrap Workshop
First step is a full strip down, on the Huracán this means door cards out, front and rear bumpers off, lights out, and all badges removed – a days’ work even before any bodywork preparation begins!

Once the body panels have all been removed the next step is a full detail ensuring all waxes are removed so the vinyl wrap can adhere properly to the paintwork.
Next we can start applying the vinyl wrap to the car

Each panel needs to be applied and then heated to exactly the manufacturers specification to ensure a good adhesion of the vinyl wrap

The roof on this Huracán was wrapped in a satin black to match the rear engine cover – an area of the car we did not recommend wrapping due to low adhesion and engine temperatures

With the side panels off we could bring the wrap vinyl right into the door shuts to get a perfect finish
