China Phones

I got a phone from a chinese buyer, which I recieved. However when it arrived it didn't have a UK charger and wasn't comaptable with my sim (the listing stated both would ok) I emailed the seller and was told return it for a refund, I did so and had proof they had signed for it, but I have not heard from them since - and suffice to say not recieved my refund - and all wrangling with them took me a couple of days over the time period for ebay disputes, so they were very unwilling to help me, and I have had to write the money off.
So I would say DO NOT buy from China, if you do and have to send it back you will lose your money.

I NEED TO MAKE AN AMENDMENT
IT SEEMS THE ABOVE MESSAGE HAS BEEN PERCIEVED IN A MANNER IT IS NOT MEANT, I WAS NOT ADVISING PEOPLE AVOID CHINESE PEOPLE IN THE WHOLE, OR EVEN CHINESE SELLERS, MY ADVICE WAS MEANT AS AIRING ON THE SIDE OF CAUTION, THERE ARE ONE OR TWO COMPLAINTS ON HERE AND MANY MORE ON BLOGS, AND SO IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBT ABOUT THE SELLER THEN AVOID THEM AND LOOK ELSWHERE, BUT THAT DOES NOT MEAN THAT THERE ARE NO GOOD CHINESE SELLERS, OR EVEN THAT i AM RIGHT FOR YOU TO AVOID THE PHONE SELLERS (THAT'S OF COURSE UP TO YOUU) BUT AGAIN IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT i WOULD BUY ELSEWHERE. (MY DEAL WAS WITH SUNLI192)
