Contacting Wessex teak over problems with furniture

I have bought from Wessex Teak on previous occasions and have done so again this year, but have to say that I am  really disappointed this time in their   a) delivery problems b) lack of communication c) delivery of wrong goods d) missing goods which were paid for e) missing parts which prevent use of garden furniture.

I have sent e mails to 3 separate e mail addresses and tried to phone several times but to no avail.  My next course of action if I get no repsonse in the next 24 hours is to get in touch with PayPal and my credit card company to pursue this.
