Cutting out Decoupage

If you are not using die-cut decoupage the thought of cutting out pieces of decoupage very often puts people off, it can be intricate and some people find that dexterity can be a problem.

What I have found is using conventional scissors are cumbersome so I came up with the idea of using nail scissors with a curved blade.  Very often these scissors are lightweight and have fine blades this makes cutting out small pieces with curved edges so much easier and the scissors being so light means you can manoeuvre around the cutting area with ease.
