I Used parcel monkey to send over a machine I sold on eBay. The buyer got in contact after receiving the parcel explaining that it was extremely bashed about and damaged and not working properly. I obviously would not have sold a damaged or faulty machine, therefore the it had been handled without care whilst with the courier.

I contacted parcel monkey instantly who replied really quickly saying they will pass my claim over to their team to raise a compensation claim. However the quickly then replied stating that because I never paid for protection on the parcel I don't qualify for any compensation.

My buyer now wishes to return the machine as it does not work/damaged which is understandable, therefore I will be needing to return his payment and will be left with a faulty machine. Parcel Monkey taking nothing to do with it and taking no responsibility what so ever!!!! Not even refunding me for the £130 I paid for delivery.

Also paid for next day delivery and it took the courier 3 days to turn up!!! The continually ignored the point that the courier never turned up when I pointed it out to them.

It is also very difficult to get a hold of them to speak direct. No contact number provided at. Only way of contact is almost like an online chat system via their website.

Absolutely shocking service and do not recommend for anyone to use them to send packages!
