Beware anyone buying anything from Dunster House. e.g. log cabins, climbing frame etc. The customer service is by e-mail or letter only as per their terms and conditions and they stick to this rigidly. Whilst you can ring up and place your order over the phone, it is impossible to speak to anynone with any queries etc after delivery. I am currently trying to get the right sized bolts in order to erect the climbing frame. I very clearly e-mail cusomer services with the details of the bolts required (as per the instructions ) - they had sent the wrong size bolts. They then sent me 10 bolts in the post that are exactly the same as the bolts I aleady have so are no use. I then have to e-mail customer services and explain the issue again. It would be so much easier to talk to someone. It looks like this weekend will be another disappointing weekend for the children as they still have no climbing frame. Also when I did try and call and explain this to someone on the phone and asked to escalate this to a manager or supervisor they put the phone down on me.
