We have just taken delivery of our log cabin from Dunster House only to find the package was not complete. I phoned Dunster house to ask if it was possible to deliver the required parts, only to be told that I couldn't speak to anyone from customers services and that they only reply to emails. We sent them an 'URGENT' email and received an email response 3 hours later, despite us supplying them with 3 phone numbers so we could talk with them and remedy the situation quickly. Their slow response was very unhelpful. While we love the cabin we found their post sales assistance appaling and as such would not recommend them.
