I will keep it simple and short.

Follow this 10 pointer and you will never be fooled or loose your money.

1. Never bid on an item untill you have read the terms and conditions, description, P&P in detail. 2. If a contact email is given apart from one registered or a method of payment ebay denies accepting report to ebay, to help protect us all or least avoid dealing with the seller. 3. Negative rating doesn't harm as reasons could vary. But do ask the seller for more details on why/what/how he gained -ve feedback. 4. If the pictures of item selling looks like a link then request one, Seller is selling the item at his will to customer satisfaction, he/she should not be offended. 5. Never disclose your personal details apart from delv. address, even after the deal. 6. Conatact Seller with any questions you feel are not detailed, try to ask more then one question, I ask about 4 on average, making sure the seller is interested in answering my queries and communicating well before i make a deal. 7. Ask where did seller got the item from. Normally they say was a gift, fine okay, if the product is expensive then well all expensive gifts carry reciepts/warranty/proof of purchase, ask them if it is possible you can have it to have it security wise. 8. If you live near to the seller, request to see the item in person to satisfy yourself with the condition it is in. 9. Never take large sum of money or meet up on public places if possible please. 10. On goods with serial numbers tell seller to email you prior sending the item to keep a log to, in case item gets lost or damage during posting.
