I THOUGHT I WOULD JUST WRITE THIS TO WARN OTHERS ABOUT ONE OF EBAYS MANY STUPID POINTLESS RULES !! FEEDBACK !!

I SOLD A CAR TO  jasminek196 IN GOOD FAITH WITH ABOUT A MONTH LEFT ON THE MOT THEN AFTER ALMOST 6 WEEKS TOTALLY OUT OF THE BLUE WITHOUT ANY WARNING I GET A NEGATIVE FROM HIM SAYING ( POOR CAR LOADS WRONG WITH IT £400 PASS MOT DIRTY INSID ALTHOU SAID WAS CLEANED )  WELL THE FIRST THING I DID WAS LEAVE HIM A NEGATIVE AS I WAS FUMING AT THE TIME AND TO MY OWN DOWN FALL I CALLED HIM A WAN*ER IN THE TEXT (OOPS MY MISTAKE) I THEN EMAILED HIM TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON AND I WAS TOLD THE CAR WAS DANGEROUS AND IT COST HIM £400 TO GET IT THROUGH THE MOT.

1ST OF ALL IF IT WAS SO "DANGEROUS" HOW DID U GET IT BACK TO LONDON FROM WIGAN WERE I MET HIM AT THE TRAIN STATION APPROX 150-200 MILES I WOULD GUESS THEN TO USE THE CAR FOR 5 WEEKS UNTIL THE MOT EXPIRED IM SURE IF IT WAS "DANGEROUS" IT MIGHT HAVE GONE WRONG BEFORE THEN I TOLD HIM U CHECKED THE CAR OVER WHEN U PURCHASED IT. HE ALSO SAID IN THE FEEDBACK THAT THE CAR WAS DIRTY BUT I SAID IT WAS CLEANED IF U READ MY ADVERT U CAN SEE I SAID IT NEEDS A VALET SO WERE HE DREAMED THIS UP FROM I DONT KNOW, SO AFTER A FEW CHOICE EMAILS I WAS THEN TOLD WELL U NORTHEN MONKEY LETS SEE HOW QUICK U SELL ANOTHER CAR ON HERE LOL

SO WHAT COULD I DO HE LEAVES ME A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK THAT DOESNT LOOK GOOD WHEN I COME TO SELL ANOTHER CAR AND IT WAS TOTALLY UNREASONABLE IN THE FIRST PLACE SO I GRIT MY TEETH AND BEAR IT.

THEN TO MY SUPRISE A WEEK LATER I FIND OUT THAT EBAY HAVE REMOVED THE NEGATIVE I LEFT FOR HIM COZ I USED A SWEAR WORD IN IT OK FAIR ENOUGH IT WAS MY STUPID FAULT BUT I WAS ANGRY SO I ASKED WOULD IT BE POSSIBLE TO LEAVE HIM ANOTHER NEGATIVE BUT WITH BETTER WORDING I WAS TOLD NO!!! BECAUSE U CANT LEAVE FEEDBACK TWICE FOR THE SAME ITEM SO I SAID THIS ISNT FAIR SO WOULD IT BE POSSIBLE FOR ME TO HAVE THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT THAT HE LEFT FOR ME I WAS AGAIN TOLD NO!!! I COULD APPEAL AND ASK FOR IT TO BE REMOVED SO I DID BUT OF COURSE EBAY DONT THINK LOGICLLY THEY JUST SEND U A STUPID AUTOMATED REPLY FROM A MACHINE WITH THEIR RULES AND POLICIES THAT DONT GIVE U AND LE-WAY FOR REASONABLE REQUESTS SO IN OTHER WORDS GET STUFFED

THIS IS YET ANOTHER BAD POLICY THAT NEEDS TO BE RECTIFIED BUT I DOUBT EVER WILL THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO BUY AND SELL BUT ITS RUINED BY SILLY RULES THAT CANT OR WONT BE CHANGED SO NOW I JUST HAVE TO BEAR YET ANOTHER NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FOR AN ITEM I SOLD IN GOOD FAITH AND THE IDIOT JASMINEK196 GETS AWAY SCOT FREE

HAVE U EVER WONDERED WHY EBAY DONT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICES PNONE LINE ???

PROBABLY BECAUSE EVEN THE STAFF COULDNT EXPLAIN OR DEAL WITH THEIR POLICIES SO ITS POINTLESS U WOULDNT GET ANYTHING SORTED OUT ANYWAY
