I have received 2 negative feedbacks, one for a transaction that didn't even take place, and the second from an unhinged Ebayer. Ebay refused to alter these regardless of the circumstances. Now Ebay has abandoned negative feedback from sellers, and virtually destroyed the systemm, probably because they couldn't be bothered to police it properly. So even more important to pay with a credit card, then claim the money back if all goes wrong.
