YET AGAIN I HAVE BEEN BITTEN BY EBAY, THE ABUSE FROM A FEW MEMBERS CAN REALLY RUIN THINGS YET ALL YOU EVER GET FROM EBAY IS AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE.

 

WE SOLD AN ITEM, THEN GOT ABUSE, THREATS, HE SIGNED US UP TO PORNOGRAPHIC SITES, CHAT ROOMS AND SENT OUR EMAIL ADDRESS TO ALL SORTS OF STRANGE PLACES.

WE GOT SENT A VIRUS AND EVEN GOT SUSPENDED FROM EBAY WHEN WE LEFT HIM NEG FEEDBACK!!

WE CONTACTED THE POLICE IN THE END BUT EBAY STILL LET THIS, AND MANY MORE CARRY ON.

ITS DISGUSTING AND AS SOON AS ONE IS DEALT WITH LOW AND BEHOLD, THERE IS ANOTHER ONE.

I UNDERSTAND IT MUST BE HARD TO ILLIMINATE THIS BUT AT LEAST LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE!

EBAY DESPERATELY NEEDS A MORE PERSONAL TOUCH, SPEAK TO ITS USERS AND NOT JUST SEND AN AUTOMATIC RESPONSE!

IT TAKES SO LONG TO SORT ISSUES THAT MOST TIMES THE USER IN QUESTION IS NO LONGER REGISTERED SO STILL NOTHING CAN BE DONE.

I RECEIVED AN ITEM YESTERDAY - DESCRIBED AS "NEW" YET OH NO IT WAS OLD, SCRATCHED AND BROKE - YET WHEN I TRIED TO OPEN DISPUTE FOR AN ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 10 DAYS BEFORE I COULD COMPLAIN AND TRY TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!!!

EBAY SORT IT OUT!!!!!
