I bought an item from a bussiness seller on ebay.co.uk. the item proved very quickly to be faulty. The sale of Good Act states that the buyer must not be out of pocket because of a faulty item. I am told I have to return the item to the seller at my own cost. They are breaking the law! Trying to contact ebay was a total waste of time as you are thrown back and forth from people that are very clever at avoiding the issue. If they think I am going to give up, they do not know me very well. I will not go away and I will have the law of this counrty upheld (UK) regardless of their efforts to stop me.
