How many times have you bought an item off someone with positive feedback only to see neg feedback a week or so later and your item hasn't arrived? Once or twice I bet!
Well, this is partly ebays fault as they don't confirm contact details, such as the sellars home telephone number. Surely the seller would be less likely to try and rip you off if he thought he'd have to change his home phone number or have the hassle god forbid, of lying all the time. It's so easy to confirm someones name and address these days, so why don't ebay vet their members? Surely it's not down to cost. Ebay must loose hundreds of customers due to non delivery and the fact EBAY don't care enough to check contact details.
