I've just had a perfectly legitimate listing removed by the fachists at ebay due to what they term a "listing violation".
My crime? To point out that as Paypal charges me a 3% surcharge, this charge would be passed on to a successful bidder.
THIS IS PERFECTLY LEGAL (OUTSIDE THE WORLD OF EBAY LALA LAND) - I SUGGEST THE PRATS AT EBAY TAKE LEGAL ADVICE BEFORE TAKING POTENTIALLY LITIGIOUS ACTION. I AM TALKING TO MY LAWYERS.
Look at most adverts, many say "We don't pass on Paypal surcharges", but many also either refuse to accept paypal or offer to accept payment subject to passing on the charge.
YOU CANNOT DO THIS EBAY - THE UK LAW CLEARLY STATES THAT ANY SURCHARGE MADE BY A CREDIT CARD COMPANY MAY BE PASSED ON PROVIDED THIS IS CLEARLY STATED. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!
