Beware the low life cretin that wants your stuff for free !
A good example is 'krupski2008' who goes around buying car parts then demands a full refund or he will leave negative feedback if you don't
Don't give in to these low life idiots, they are nothing but thieves.
Report them to Ebay immediately and if they persist in attempting to get a refund contact the Police.. it may seem harsh but it'll be the only way they learn. Sellers get a really bad deal on Ebay anyway, don't add to the costs and aggro by giving refunds to these idiots.
If you want to take an item back, go through the eBay returns procedure so you have a record of the transaction. Fully inspect the item upon receiving it back and remember as the seller you are not under any legal obligation to offer a refund or replacement if an item is not returned in the condition it was supplied in, not in the original packing etc.. It must be resellable to qualify for a refund. If eBay go ahead an refund the buyer then dispute it and if necessary report the fraud to the police as after all obtaining a refund on an item that has been used or damaged by the buyer is fraud.
