Just like thousands of us eBayers out there, providing a service and receiving positive feedback is a fantactic buzz, knowing you have handled the transaction safely through (even with a postal service like the one us Brits have!). But those eBayers that are too quick to push the negative feedback button are not only lowering our percentages, but more importantly are making us out to be bad sellers! If the item is lost in post, delayed a little with the hols etc or recieved then made out they never recieved it, that can NOT be our fault, just as long as we;

1 - Obtain proof of postage (vital when sending anything).

2 - Provide Special/Recorded delivery service for those who request it, this includes extra insurance if requested.

3 - Follow up any emails by the buyer to let them know the state of play.

Anything after that is out of our hands, not that im blaming the postal service who do work really hard, and not that im blaming everyone who writes a negative feedback, coz i know there are plenty of reasons why it has to be done, i just wanna see some harmony in such a great domain that is eBay! Its happened all too much, and ive heard too much of it on eBay by other members! Lets all stay positive and STOP to think, before leaving feedback!

Happy Bidding!
