I THINK FEEDBACK AN EXCELLENT IDEA HOWEVER I NOT SURE IT NOT GOOD IDEA THAT EBAY CANT MAKE CHANGES ONCE FEEDBACK HAD BEEN LEFT,

RECENTLY I BOUGHT AN ITEM FROM ANOTHER EBAYER AND AFTER SENDING PAYMENT TO THEM I NEVER RECIEVED ITEM I FOR OBVIOUS REASONS LEFT NEG FEEDBACK FOR THEM. HOWEVER WITHIN MATTER OF WEEKS THE WHOLE SITUATION TURNED OUT TO BE ROYAL MAILS PART AND IT WAS TOO LATE TO TAKE BACK NEG FEEDBACK I HAD LEFT I CONTACTED EBAY EXPLAINED WHAT HAD HAPPENED THEY SAID FEEDBACK CANT BE CHANGED OR ERASED   !     MY ONLY OPTION WAS TO DO FOLLOW UP FEEDBACK AND EXPLAIN    I FELT REALLY BAD ABOUT THIS

IN ALL THE TIME I HAVE USED EBAY I HAVE ONLY EVER BEEN LEFT ONE NEG FEEDBACK AND IT WAS REGARDS TO SOMETHING I BOUGHT TO CUT LONG STORY SHORT I HAD TO EMAIL FOR FORWARDING ADDRESS AND THIS EBAYER NEVER SUPPLIED ME WITH IT I WAS REALLY WANTING TO GET ITEM HOWEVER I EMAILED NUMBER TIMES AND GOT NO RESPONSE I LEFT NEG FEEDBACK SAYING I HAD ASKED 3 TIMES FOR POSTAL ADDRESS AND GIRL BLAINTLY LIED SAID SHE HAD WAITED WEEKS FOR MY PAYMENT

SHE HAD LOADS OTHER NEG FEEDBACK AND NOW IS NO LONGER AN ACCOUNT HOLDER ,THINGS LIKE THAT ANNOY ME ABOUT FEEDBACK THAT SOMEONE SO STUPID CAN WRITE TOTAL LIES AND GET AWAY WITH IT

I BELIEVE EBAY SUPPORT HELP SHOULD BE ABLE TO MONITOR OR FIX THESE PROBLEMS
