YOU HAVE TO REMEBER THAT MOST EBAYERS ARE WORKING FROM HOME RUNNING THE HOME LOOKING AFTER KIDS ETC AND MISTAKES WILL SOMETIMES HAPPEN EVEN THE BIG STORES MAKE MISTAKES PROBABLY MORE THAN I DO..BUT IF A MISTAKE IS MADE ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS EMAIL ME OR THE SELLER U BUY IT FROM TO GET THE PROBLEM SORTED

 

EBAY IS VERY VERY HARD WORK MOST DAYS ITS 12 HOURS

EVERY ITEM WHEN IT COMES IN HAS TO BE STOCK CHECKED PHOTOGRAPHED LISTED PUT AWAY...YOU GET TONS OF EMAILS EVERYDAY...INVOICES TO PRINT PAPERWORK TO DO LOTS OF IT AND THEN THE PACKING OF THE PARCELS THATS A LOT FOR ONE PERSON BUT THERE ARE A LOT OF US TRYING TO IMPROVE OUR LIFES BY WORKING HARD

 

SO PLEASE PLEASE STOP AND THINK BEFORE U LEAVE THE FEEDBACK NEGATIVE FEEDBACK MEANS LOST SALES FOR THE SELLER AND WORKING AS HARD AS WE ALL DO IT UPSETS US A LOT, WE UNDERSTAND YOU ARE ANGRY IF THINGS DO GO WRONG BUT ITS JUST AN EMAIL AWAY TO SORT IT OUT

 

ITS NOT VERY OFTEN MISTAKES HAPPEN I HAVE OVER 12 THOUSAND POSTIVE FEEDBACK AND OVER 800 PEOPLE SIGNED UP FOR MY EBAY SHOP WEEKLY EMAIL SO I MUST BE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT BUT I AM NOT PERFECT WE ARE NOT PERFECT SO PLEASE GIVE US A CHANCE
