I try and give feedback as soon as I receive an item. I DO allow for post times and problems outside our control such as industrial action and natural catastrophies. I make the appraisals on the condition of the item as well as the communication that I have had such as when a seller advises me of the date of despatch and the delivery organisation tracking number.
