I have bought a couple of items from 2 of the many sellers of what are supposed to be original Stone Island clothes, however niether of them were the real thing and I blame myself for thinking I was getting a bargain. I would just say that original Stone Island clothes have a number of items that are attached to them to stop copies from being sold. The only problem is that you see a photo and these safe guards can't be seen.
They have a hologram on the label on the neck of the item. The label inside the item is of a plastic cotton material and they don't come in plastic bags, in fact just about any item of designer clothing that comes in a plastic bag with the designers details on is a pretty clear sign that the goods arn't real. Also if it seems too good to be true then it probably is, it can cost nearly £200 for just a jumper so when there's an unlimited supply of different items not going for any more than £30 then more times then not will they be copies.
Imust admit that I have seen items going pretty cheap at some out of town outlets but these tend to be out of season goods or bad sellers.
At the end of the day it's down to you, but to the people who buy the original stuff it doesn't p us of, it just gives us something to laugh at, cos we all know there's nothing funnier then some chav thinking he's something special cos he's got a label on that was made in some illegal workshop, and sold as a knock off, and they fell for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
