These are quite easy to spot, usually classified ads, prices always 30-50% cheaper than they should be, for example just seen a 2003 Hymer motorhome advertised for £8500 now you will not get one for anything like this money, maybe a 1986 model. This is more likely to be worth £18500.
Some of these listings will be listed by people with no feedback, some others will be listed by someone hijacking someone else's account and feedback.
All of these fake listings have one thing in common, they all say either. 'Contact me on this email address for more pictures and details' or please use this address to contact me.
They dont want you to go through the ebay messaging system, this makes any purchase VERY UNSAFE. And please never ever pay a deposit for something without physically seeing the item first.
If you see such a advert do everyone a favour and report the listing saying you suspect it to be fraudulent.
