I have just had quite a bad experiance with a vendor. I purchased an item that when it arrived was NOT THE MAKE OF ITEM ORDERED nothing in the listing to say a similar would be sent if damaged. It looked as if it had been sent out before and returned before being sent to me, it also had PARTS MISSING and to cap it all it was BROKEN. I contacted the vendor who in the end quite sharply said he would refund with postage providing it had not been used ??. I then sent the item back at a cost of £13 +. Some time later I received the refund and the original postage paid. I did not receive the £13 + postage that I had to pay to return the bad item. So I have paid out and lost that amount for nothing. Cutting my losses I left for that vendor Positive feedback with thanks for the refund. I received no comment from him at all with no sign of regret for sending the bad item and thus far he has ignored my request for feedback for myself. My advice to all is BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ~ READ THE VENDORS FEEDBACK AND HOW THEY RESPOND TO IT. THIS IS A GOOD GUIDE AND IF IN DOUBT ~ DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. There will always be another vendor selling the same item who is more caring about their customers.
