Never NEVER forget the importance of 100% positive feedback. I lost My 100% through a 1st time buyer when the item didn't arrive on the day after payment. After 631 perfect transactions, ONE newcommer ruined it! I don't think that new E.Bayers realise the importance to US of a 100% +'ve feedback and there doesn't seem a way to get the matter resolved unless the recipient is willing to compromise. The buyer is (After 3 months) now on 3 THREE transactions, two of which are negative!

We always look for a 100% positive feedback, how easy it is for a Newby to ruin it!
