A new trend that seems to have appeared after EBAY changed the feedback system is the lack of feedback from sellers for prompt payment and hassle free transaction. Often they sell good products with prompt shipping so I am left with the feeling should I send positive feedback or none at tall. If I am happy with the transaction what I do now is leave positive feedback but with a note to say seller never sent feedback first for a smooth transaction.I also mark a low score for communication as feedback good or bad is one of the most important forms of communication on EBAY. What they seem to be doing is holding back to see what kind of feedback you send,or often send none to you anyways.Some use an automated system that only sends out positive feedback if you do first,they don't even read your feedback. This may seem a bit cold hearted but I pride myself on fast payment and positive communications.Just expect the same in return. Hope this helps.
