eBay needs to address the feedback system. Powersellers with tens of thousands of feedbacks can score several negatives a month and still maintain a respectable percentage score. I suspect some power sellers take advantage of this by occasionally selling shoddy items or not delivering at all. The victim, probably with a small feedback score, receives a retaliatory negative in response to a claim, the power seller is unaffected and in profit. eBay needs to ditch percentage scores and list real figures as the first impression of a member.
